Paul Diana CFA MBA, is a seasoned financial professional with over two decades of experience in investment management and financial analysis. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Alpha Factoring Corp, where he leads the firm's investment strategies and portfolio management.​

Paul began his career at several schedule A banks including Bank of Montreal, HSBC Finance, and Manulife, where he honed his skills in equity research and asset allocation including overseeing a $2 Billion dollar Auto portfolio. His expertise spans various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments. Throughout his career, Paul has been recognized for his analytical acumen and strategic vision, contributing to consistent portfolio growth and risk-adjusted returns.​

Paul holds an MBA specializing in Business and Marketing and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. He is also an active member of the CFA Institute Toronto and regularly contributes to industry conferences and publications.​

Beyond his professional endeavors, Paul is passionate about financial literacy and volunteers with organizations dedicated to educating the public on personal finance and investment principles.
